Fully revised and updated for 2011, this specialist, super-scale, easy-to-read, A3 road atlas designed for the British motorist in France includes 44 city, town and port plans and a new-style central Paris city plan. Static speed camera locations are pinpointed on the mapping and French place names are used to match local road signs. A route planner detailing major routes, ferries and airports is included and there is a distance and journey times chart between 50 destinations. Coverage includes road mapping for Corsica, plus there is a channel hopping guide, channel tunnel terminal and channel tunnel port plans.
About the book: The way the pages are lined up is actually not an error but designed so that all of the North West of France can be included on two pages side-by-side. There is an index box at the top of page IV that illustrates that the pages are designed not to line up but to include as much detail as possible. There is also an overlap of detail on both pages that is designed to to allow the user to move from one page to another.

An exellent atlas for touring or just driving in France.
The pages are easy to read and the detail is very, very good.
Also the continuity from one page to the next is also very clear.

For us this is a better map than the Michelin A3 although it is not as detailed so for us (my navigator) its easier to read especially on the move. we have kept the AA map and given the Michelin to our son, but they are both excellent maps

We have had several maps of France in the past but this one is by far the best. My husband's eyesight is not so good and he finds this one very easy to follow.

Big Easy Read atlas of France
Just what we needed as autoroutes get built quite quickly! Our 2006 atlas was well out of date. No problems. We knew what we were getting and were not disappointed.
