I can't imagine why I bought this book - I was looking for some good fast veggie recipes that I could reasonably cook at the end of a long day, but these are really rather dull. I don't want to cook anything from this book and it will be off to Oxfam soon.

As a vegetarian I find these recepies wonderful. I have already tried the whole cookbook, and all of my friend and family enjoyed my food, even the non-vegetarians.

I can highly revommend this book.
