Ive waited since last year for this book to be published as I have to have a low fat diet but love cakes and biscuits. There some nice cakes. There are recipes for apples cake, carrot cake, date and walnut, oaty bicuits, orange biscuits, various scones and breads as well as quite a few muffin recipes.They all look easy and tasty and you could adapt most recipes to suit like adding coffee to date and walnut and missing out dates (I dont like dates) or swap the fruit in another recipe for your own choice of fruit. I cant wait to get baking.
