I bought this as my son dislikes being on his belly passionately. I tried one that belonged to someone else and found he really liked it. It has a nice colourful playmat, a large mirror with a stand and a pillow that has a crinkly frog's face with a horn for it's nose, some teethers and a rattle. It's very well made and lovely to look at.
I found that the most useful part was the pillow and I use this on a playmat gym that my son absolutely loves. Together they're the perfect package so I haven't used the mat at all. The mirror has come in handy as well.
I would recommend that if you can find a tummy time pillow and a suitable mirror to get them instead.

The tummy time frog has been quite useful for my son, but more as a general cushion than always for tummy time. He's 3 months, & still gaining head control, & its not clear how to position him on the cushion to best help him support his head -there should definitely be some guidelines with the product as I sometimes worry that I'm putting him in a the wrong position as his arms don't quite reach far enough to fully support himself! Having said that though, he does like lying on the mat & playing with the crinkly bits, though a lot of the time I do without the cushion & just use the mat & the mirror.
He really likes the mirror, which is a good size & seems nice & durable, & he also likes the mat itself. Even if you don't use this for tummy time, the mat a a good size for fitting into a small floor space if you want to put your baby down somewhere to play & don't have lots of floor space!

Received it today and my ever so clingy daughter absolutely loves this tummy time play mat. We have a baby swing, bouncy chair, baby gym and tones of other things to keep her occupied so that I can at least do the cooking so this was bought to top up the collection. I love the fact that there is a mat, nice and cushy when she plays on the floor. Colours are beautiful and bright, she loves looking at the mirror. She's been on it for at least half an hour, playing and trying to get the tethers in her mouth. A must have item!
