I bought this for our dream n play travel cot as I felt that the base of the travel cot was too hard. The mattress fits perfectly and seems comfortable. My daughter has slept well on it. No complaints. It is not designed as a travel cot mattress and therefore does not roll up. I do think it is worth having if the baby stays over at grandparents etc a lot and it can be left there. If your car is small then you may want a mattress that rolls up but I don't think it will be as comfortable.

this mattress is OK... does the job but the waterproof envelopp was making my baby sweat a bit too much... so had to have 2 cotton fitted sheet to create a barrier and make the mattress more comfortable... This item is ok for a short time period i.e. couple of days but I would not recommend it for a week holiday...
