This book is a collection of photos taken during the production of the BBC/Discovery show "Earthflight". After looking at the pictures in the book I can't wait to see the TV film. The photos are absolutely beautiful, many are amazing, some are taken from cameras on the backs of the birds for a unique view. There are some pictures of mammals also, I assume taken while filming was being done of the birds.

As for the narration, the "introduction" and "making of" are very interesting reading. It's fun to learn how lots of the filming was done and crazy incidents that happened.

I definitely recommend this book, it's gorgeous!

I bought this for my husband as part of his Christmas present and we are both delighted with it. Coinciding as it does with the start of the programme on TV, this is a great companion book to the programme.

Full marks for the absolutely fantastic and truly amazing photography.
