This really really sucks. The mic does not work at all. I cant use it with my ph either. It's like one of the left or the right of the headphs is not working. I Ordered these because the apple ones I had broke after 1 and a half years of use which is totally acceptable. These arrived at my house within 2 days of purchase and in perfect condition. The mic works, the earphones themselves work and the volume controls work.
Really pleased with them.
Hint: Don't wrap them around your mp3 when your not using them, that can lead to them breaking.

The volume control doesn't work and the right headphone crackles and has a constant high pitched beeping noise. I'd recommend spending the extra money and buying actual Apple headphones that will last years rather than hours.
