A simple and effective method of softening or naturally removing ear wax and reducing the need for syringing, or to facilitate syringing should it prove necessary. Earol has a simple, yet unique delivery system capable of delivering a unit dose of olive oil to the outer ear, enhancing ease of use, reducing over-application and significantly reducing spillage and mess.
Earol delivers a metered dose of olive oil to the auditory canal. There is unpublished data to suggest that olive oil--in combination with the bodyandrsquo;s natural cleansing system--may negate the requirement for syringing, which could represent a huge cost benefit to the NHS.

Earol is highly intuitive and easy to use. Simply place the actuator into the opening of the auditory canal, tilt your head slightly to one side and depress the actuator. This can then be followed by gently massaging the tragus.
Unlike past practice, there is no need for a cotton wool stopper and the you won't suffer any additional hearing impairment due to a cotton wool wad or swamping of the auditory canal. Also there is no requirement for other persons to be present when using Earol.

I have used various products for removing ear wax but none of them nearly worked as good as this one not to mention the need to syringe every single time.
To begin with,the tip is great as it directs the oil in the ear with mild pressure so you can actually feel it working from the first appliance.No mess,no cotton needed,pain free.
Secondly,it is the only product that completely removed the ear wax in less than a week without the need to visit the doctor.Will definitely use it again for prevention.
Finally,packaging and posting great as usual by Amazon.

Well I have been using Earol for a few weeks because I had a build of wax which was causing problems and this is definitely more effect and efficient than using the typical ear dropper type ear drops. You always get the right amount of dosage and it is very easy and clean to use. There is no mess and the Tapered Actuator (which is the nossel at then end) can be removed and cleaned easily.
In fact it's so good that I have stopped using cotton buds aka (q tips) altogether because this does the job much better and without any side effects! For those of you that don't know, cotton buds can cause wax to build up inside your ear because, while you are trying to clean your ears you can sometimes accidentally end up pushing wax deeper into your ear canal which can cause impacted ear wax, which is a blockage or a plug, and this causes dulled hearing and in some cases pain!
It's much better to just use ear drops for your inner ear and then a wash cloth for your outer ear, and this is now my new cleaning routine for my ears. I use Earol only for maintenance now whenever I need to clean my ears and I have had no wax problems ever since! I highly recommend this product it's a MUST have!

Waste of money for what it is, bog standard Olive Oil with a Fancy Dispenser Top. Cheaper to buy a small bottle of Olive Oil from your Pharmacy with an Syringe type applicator. Read more
