Thorough, concise and informative.

For anyone considering investment in Mortgage Pools, this is a must read. Goodman discloses crucial elements to be considered before making an investment. His concise, no nonsense writing style makes these concepts easily understandable.

Goodman's great style and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand put this in the winner's circle. The book is a quick read and worth it's weight in gold for anyone thinking of jumping into mortgage fund investing.

Great read. Good information. Goodman knows his stuff!

This book should be a "must read" for every loan officer, borrower and investor. Goodman lays out definitions, do's and don'ts, that everyone in the financial arena can benefit from. I highly recommend this easy-to-understand guide for anyone thinking of pursuing this type of investment.
