I ordered this doll to act as baby Jesus in our nativity play at church this year. He is a very appealing little doll, with very naturalistic feel and hands - very "newborn" feeling. A nice realistic face. Although he is described as "black", he is in fact brown and I think he could appropriately fit in as Hispanic or Middle Eastern. When I ordered him, he was quite inexpensive. Now that Christmas is over, he will go live in the toy boy and I'm sure he will be well looked after.

Having mixed race grandchildren, one in particular wanted a black doll but mostly a boy as she would like a 'younger brother' and her mum wouldn't agree !! She was delighted when she received it. I would have liked the doll a little more softer and flexible. But as it was for my 3 year old little granddaughter and she was happy, so am I.

good for jokes too
I'm sure that's not it's main usage, but me and my friend bought this one to play a joke on our husbands. Worked just great.
