Just received this for my daughter for Xmas. The little balls go everywhere - when you pull out the green 'little cleaner' there is a hole at the bottom and they just fall out and they aren't easy to pick up. My daughter has accidentally pulled the attachment out twice and we are on the verge of throwing the whole thing in the bin.
Just in addition to my review above - I rang the ELC and it turns out ours was missing a piece - they were incredibly helpful and sent us a new one within 3 days. New one works perfectly - my daughter is loving it.
