How To Use Earfit Earplugs. 1 Slowly roll and compress the plug into a very thin, crease-free cylinder. 2 While compressed, insert the plug well into the ear canal. Fitting the plug is easier if the outer ear is pulled outward and upward during insertion. 3 With fingertip, hold the plug in place until it begins to expand and block the noise. Plugs can be washed up to 3 times.

Simply the best earplugs available. They do exactly what the name suggests - fit your ears! Other earplugs (after rolling them between your fingers) expand even before you've had a chance to get them in your ears. Earfit plugs maintain their shape (after rolling) for long enough to allow you to easily insert them in the ear. Then, they expand and fit the ear snugly, significantly reducing most sound. They last longer than others too.

These ear plugs are great. I am already woken several times a night by chronic illness, but also live in a ground floor maisonette and my upstairs neighbour installed laminate flooring before letting her flat to tenants who are often noisy. These ear plugs enable me to get some sleep which I would not otherwise get.

As others have said these are excellent ear plugs. Based on other reviews I bought 4 boxes of them to last me as I have inconsiderate neighbours upstairs who stomp around late at night and one of them snores as loud as a old dump truck. These earplugs filter all that sound out but still allow me to hear my alarm in the morning. Cheaper than other kinds of earplugs but much more effective. They stay compressed long enough to get them inside your ears and then expand blocking out the sound and can be washed up to 2 times meaning these 4 boxes will last me months. Highly recommended.

Effective even for close range noise
I buy these regularly as my husband snores and it's the only way I can sleep. They cut out pretty much everything but you need to change them every few days if using continually. Read more

Waste of Money

Use every night
They work well better than all the others but they do need replacing every week so a box lasts 2 weeks ,80p a week not bad for a good nights sleep .

These are the best earplugs that i have found that actually work. Orange foam or brown foams don't seem to be as good as these!
