having experienced a badly blocked ear - I decided to try this - right away after a few squeezes of the tube I felt a soothing crackling throughout the inner ear as it got straight to work on the wax and could hear small popping sounds as air was getting through - it takes a couple of days to clear - but really helped.
the nozzle is smaller I think to stop people hurting deep within the ear - if anyone has ever had a bad experience with a cotton wool bud - they'd know why :):)

I have tried many ear wax removers and this one does the business. I count the drops going in and then let them go to work. There is no oily residue as with some products and no irritation to my ears.

no problems with this product at all (except make sure you lie down on your side for 10 mins after application like it says on the instructions, or it WILL run out of your ear).
Afetr 3 days i noticed a distinct difference. would definatly recommend.
