About the Author
Sue Mayfield grew up in the North East of England and studied English at Oxford University. She teaches creative writing to adults and has published a number of novels for children and teenagers (Oxford University Press, Hodder & Stoughton, Scholastic). These include Reckless and Blue (which recently won the 2002 North East Book Award). She lives with her husband and sons in Cheltenham.

A slow book. Not much plot.,

A slow book. A very simple story. Not a lot of action. I found it kind of slow and boring. I did not get the concept of the story until my mom told me.
