From the mouth of more than one credible witness truth is affirmed. Thw wisdom in the work of this Christian giant can be confimred in the writings of other God-fearing authors on this subject. Sanders elaborates on principles and promises in the Bible in a way that builds faith in the reader who puts his trust in God.
Consider a few powerful excerpts: "...the ultimate responsibility for guidance rests on the One who undertakes to be our Guide." Wow! As our Shepherd, Jesus is in control of the guidance process, not us.
"He will show us the relevance of certain passages or principles to our daily walk and to the matter about which we are seeking guidance." Again, the responsibility rests with Him, not us. He is the Teacher.
"God can speak to us clearly and satisfyingly while we are quietly reading His Word." God communicates!
