I bought this product from UKproducts143. The phone would not send and receive photo messages - I tried to have this facility added to the phone via Sony Ericsson and my service provider, T Mobile. I was advised by both that it would not be possible to add this facility as the phone was unlocked.
I wrote to uk products and told them of this problem. They replied that some providers would allow picture messaging from unlocked phones and some not. I replied that I should have been advised of this from the beginning. What is the point of buying a camera phone if you cannot send or receive photos ?
After extensive haggling I was told by Uk products to return the phone and provided it had not been used I would receive a refund. I advised that of course I had used the phone, that is how I knew that picture messaging was impossible. I was told to return the phone anyway.
I did, using Signed For delivery and surprise, surprise they said that they had not received the phone. I contacted Royal Mail and was sent a copy of the delivery sheet, plus a copy of the signature from their Proof of Delivery machine. Uk products still refused to admit they had received the phone.
Luckily Amazon refunded the money to me, if not I can assure I would not have received it. The message here is - be careful about what you are buying and who you are buying it from.
