However much you love ER - avoid this box set. It's not the bargain it seems. We bought it for a Christmas present for our daughter, an avid ER fan, who was absolutely chuffed to pieces to have the complete collection at last - then equally disappointed to find out that DVDs were unpredictable and faulty and often unplayable. We now see from other reviews that this was not a one off.

First of all, I would like to say I would score the show, ER a full 5 stars.
The reason I only give a 1 star (if I could give it no stars, I would) is despite complaints with known faults with various DVDs within the set, Warner Brothers are still putting out, cheap, low quality dual sided DVDs which result in unreliable dvds.
I purchased this set and like many buyers reviews on here, I also had various DVDS within the set that simply didnt work.
I was going to keep the set and buy the seperate DVDs of the seasons that didnt work, but decided to return in for a refund. I dont see why anyone should be expected to pay premium prices for low quality items.
Love the show but please save your money. Hopefully, WB will get enough returns and hopefully address the problems that are within in this boxset.

Have wanted to own the box set for a long time as I have never seen the earlier series but they have always been hundreds of pounds so this was great value. Was also very impressed at how small the box set is, equating to the size of about 5 video cassettes. Each of the 15 series is in one case with 3 or 4 double sided discs so not difficult to store.

Fantastic viewing
We bought this a few years back and still haven't seen all of them. Whenever the TV is boring we whack another E.R. on. You can't beat this quality American Drama. Love it.

All the episodes as it says in the title, would never be allowed that much room on the sky box so this means I can watch an episode and not worry about it being deleted by DP !
