Please note there are cheaper salts on the market and not all epsom salts are the same! The Essential Oil Company Epsom Salts are finest grade BP specification sourced from the Dolomites. Many other sources you would need 4x more to get the same magnesium levels.

Joking aside this product is plain and simple does what it says in the tin. (Well bag actually)
Good packaging, and the price was not too bad. Appx £8 for 1kg, (at the time) plus free delivery so can't argue!
Epsom salts were recommended to me by a friend to help me relax. Apparently they draw toxins from the body while your skin soaks up the magnesium sulphate.
I never used to believe in all that type of stuff, but after just a few uses I could feel my skin was smoother. I felt relaxed after each bath. (but then again doesn't hot water relax you anyway? Hmmmm.)
It must be doing something though as any skin blemishes and pimples are fading away and that doesn't happen with a normal bath.
Would recommend!

Great price for these - fantastic delivery response (super saver delivery but was received 2 days after ordering - great supplier!) Can't say much more than it does what it says on the packet - cupful in the bath sorts out the skin, and detoxes.

Admittedly, I can't yet testify to the efficacy of the Epsom Salts themselves as they've yet to be used but I was so amazed by the swift delivery, I wanted to give a big thumbs up to this company.
I ordered on Sunday and they were delivered *post free* on Monday morning via courier. Fantastic!
Now the salts just need to cure my husbands sore joints, restless legs and help him sleep and we'll be purchasing them by the container load ;-}
EDIT: I'm adding to this 'review' as I've since wallowed in several salty baths and am now in a position to pass on my thoughts.
The first thing I noticed was that the bath water stayed hot for a much longer time than in a non-epsom salt bath. Why so?
Is this part of it's magic?
I am also finding that my skin is quicker to dry and much softer too with the stubborn dry skin on my heels almost gone for the first time this winter. I can see how excema or psoriasis sufferers would feel the benefit.
I also sleep better after a bath with epsom salts but a warm bath aids sleep anyway...
My husband has yet to report an improvement in his joint and back pain though but you can't have everything. Still, for skin softening properties alone I will keep on purchasing. Followed up with Coconoil - Original Virgin Coconut Oil - 460g massaged all over it's an inexpensive and natural way to lovely soft skin.
