I have had one of these printers for a couple of months now and find it great for small print runs. It does exactly what it says, I can print from my i-pad, my i-phone and mac and from other computers in the house. It does not have a large paper capacity, nor does it have a document feeder for multiple copying ... but as a printer for a small space that is quiet and efficient this does the job very well

I consider myself a pretty sane and reasoned individual. However my relationship with this machine from hell tested my sanity to the limits. After having been tempted by its good looks I splashed out on the device. What a mistake. It was easy enough to set up, but in the entire time I owned it (before returning it to the shop after a few months) I never managed to print anything successfully. It would constantly tell me there was a paper jam, and sometimes there was. Sometimes though it was a false alarm which still stopped it printing. It constantly told me it was out of paper when it wasn't. Sometimes it would tease you by making a sound like it was starting to print, then spit the paper out blank. If it did finally send something to print it would come out lopsided, or incomplete. I cannot describe the frustration I experienced in owning this printer. It would literally send me insane especially if I had something important to print for a deadline. After having taken it back to the shop, and telling them I never want to see that machine again, my life has improved considerably. Do not give yourself the frustration of buying this, unless you intend to keep it as a pointless piece of modern art.

I received my printer yesterday and from the start it kept saying paper jam,there was no printer jam yet it still would not print.I followed all the trouble shooting procedures but still would not print due to phantom paper jam. I contacted HP who did not want to Know and said they were not responsible. I am returning the printer to amazon for full refund.
