The charger cannot be used unless the SatNav unit is plugged into its associated windsceen mount as it does not have a matching socket for direct charging. I would advise that you charge your SatNav via your computer when necessary and save your money. This interface problem was not indicated at the point of sale. Quite disapointing.

Brought this item to use with a TomTom GO 740 live, unfortunately that particular Sat Nav has no direct usb power connector and this charger has. So in order to use it you have to place the sat nav in the TomTom car mount cradle which has an usb connector (Cradle comes with the GO 740) and then plug it into the mains. Just means you have to carry the cradle with you whenever you want to power it up. Can't fault Emartbuy for their speedy delivery and cost. The unit is made by Motorola and looks very similar to one I already had for a Motorola blue tooth mobile head set however for such a low price and the fact that it is described as "compatable" I can't complain too much.

Unfortunatelly I have to agree with recent review. There was no information about not matcheing socket to the TomTom directly. Another thing parcel has been shipped by the cheapest way and was going to me for 5 days. I was not expecting that kind of service either from seller and RoyalMail.

Fast delivery.
Product not perfect as need the cradle to charge from mains, but does the job so no real complaints, seller was great fast and efficient.
