Positives:
- great looking product, not too heavy or bulky.
- Easy to program different user settings (if you use the manual)
- Seem accurate when used on hard floor - havent used them on carpet so couldnt comment on any effect this has.
- easy to switch between stone, kg and lbs
Negatives:
- although you can program in height these dont seem to calucalate BMI which I would have expected from a product that does body fat and body water calculations
- love the little guide to ideal body fat and body water in the booklet but i've had to cut them out & stick them to the bottom of the scales - who wants to look for the manual once a week?

I've used this for a while (about 2-3 months). It is not easy to set any numbers on the screen because it has only adding button when I want to set age and height. When the number exceeds my desirable number, I have no choices; continue adding the number until it reach the maximum and then it will restart to the first number again.
Another problem is that the weight shown when I stand on it is not equal over the time.
If I place the product softly on the floor, I will get one weight.
If I place it on the floor with any bump on the floor (just only small hit), the weight will be less than what I've got at the first time 1 kg. But the higher figure is the right weight so I have to weight myself at least twice to ensure my weight!!

The scales that I was delivered do not work at all, I have tried replacing the batteries but still nothing happens. If anyone else has had this problem and know how to resolve it please can you tell me.
