Thank you Isy!! Prior to reading this book and attending an EFT workshop I thought that EFT was a nice idea but wouldn't really work. Boy was I wrong!!! Isy has a fantastic way of cutting the crap and getting to the heart of the matter even if we have been avoiding the issue for years!!!
The book is brilliantly illustrated and anybody can pick it up and learn EFT basics in an hour. As Isy rightly points out - once we have the tool of EFT we are limited only by our own creativity and imagination to release ourselves from anything that may have been holding us back...

Isy's book arrived in my post at 10.00 a.m. and having opened it and read the first page I was hooked. I didn't put it down until I had finished it, which only takes about 40 minutes. Isy has presented EFT in an easy to understand and compelling way. She is a natural author and relates to the reader brilliantly.

This is a great little book for learning EFT. It does in 90 pages what most books on the subject need 300 pages to do.
