According to what I know this is the first book about weight loss using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). This book begins explaining the basics of EFT that is exceptionally easy to use i.e. tapping with 2 fingers on certain acupuncture points on the head and body. Then it is clearly explained that all problems such as excess weight can be discovered in the subsconsious mind, and what you can do about it. The author, Gary Craig who discovered EFT, includes many stories from experienced users and therapist on how they used EFT to help themselves or their clients. EFT should become common knowledge for everybody as it can be used not only for weight loss but for many other emotional and physical ailments. The book also states that in severe cases a professional therapist or doctor is needed.
