Designed and presented with the non technical in mind. Unable to put down just like a good book. Constant revision at the end of each chapter along with the correct answers elsewhere in the book builds for an ideal learning environment for me at least. Top marks. For anyone how can at least tell the difference between the "sharp end and blunt end" this is just the ticket to develop your computer skills to the next level in your time. Oh! The the price will not break the bank.

This was a set of 6-7 books, not one as I expected. Book was by Cia Training Ltd, who I suspect deal with IT high flyers, not Jo public. The text was far too complex & full of Americanisms. These books were no use to me, so I returned them to Amazon.

I ordered this item to refresh my memory, I completed my ECDL nearly 8 years ago and couldnt remember how to produce databases and spreadsheets. These books do take you through the process and you get all your data online from a related source. If you have done ECDL this is not as thorough as the books you would of used before but they are good for refreshing your skills. All in all worth the money and delivery was very quick.

I think its great you can now get ECDL in Office 2007 format, I am an IT Tutor for a local college, I have a lot of students who are now using Vista, so SADLY! XP Bless it! looks like its finally ready to take a well earned bow

God Knows what Bill Gates is up to now? Lets hope it doesn't launch Office 2009 & The REPLACEMENT FOR XP the same way vista was launched, and they do there homework?

Mark Leigh (Stroud College)
