I bought wooden blinds from the same manufacturer/retailer and I thought they looked good, but the fittings were of dubious quality. However we liked them well enough to be convinced to try some PVC blinds for the bathroom.
I'm pleased to say that the quality of these blinds are probably a bit better than the real wood ones. The slats themselves don't look as good (or thick), but being easily trimmable with a blind trimmer saved a lot of time and there's no risk of splintering as with the real wood blinds. The header rail, despite being made from plastic opposed to metal on the real wood blinds, was very easy to trim with a hacksaw, seems very sturdy and the plastic fittings seem to be a lot more robust than the metal ones provided with the real wood blinds as well. And since the header rail matches the wood pattern on the slats there's no need to fit a fiddly valance, which is a plus in my book.
I'd happily recommend these blinds to anyone.
