4.0 out of 5 stars Household Pet Enthusiasts dont be fooled, 10 Aug 2004
A cracking piece of punk rock from the Brighton quartet Cat on Form, Structure and Fear is nothing to do with domesticised felines. Although the vocals don't always hit the right note and obscure the meaning this is still a highly enjoyable piece of noise/rock music from a talented band that should come as a welcome jolt to anyone stuck in the coldplay/keane/snow patrol tedium (just who are the current 'new coldplay'?). Remenisent of At the Drive-in and Les Savy Fav this is music full of energy and aggression, but remembering the seductive power of sweet melodies (check out Blood Drained). Highly recommended to anyone who likes their art punky and their punk noisey.
