just the thing for the job. Dyson say that the hepa filter is a lifetime filter, but it is recommended to replace every 2 years or so anyhow. The HEPA filter is below the bin and above the motor. This is for the POST MOTOR filter. remove the casing using screwdrivers or pennies, it pops off eventually. This seal is sticky on the back and needs to be bought alongside the HEPA filter. Happy vacuuming!
Not suitable for purpose. The seal is about 1.5cm shorter than the groove in the filter cover in which it is meant to fit.

From the photograph, it looks whole, but the seal for some reason is chopped in half. Self adhesive one side to stick onto the Hepa Filter. The seal fitted the filter but I only wonder why supply a seal in two halves. Well, it stuck to the filter, just about met in circumference when on the filter and is now happily performing its job.

It seals
A little seal that has replaced the damaged one on our vacuum. Has done the job. 20 words is too long for this review, hence my adding this.

Don't forget it!
If you have a DC07 and you are in the habit of removing the filters for cleaning, you'll occasionally need to replace this. Read more
