Compared with the semingly hundreds of inexpensive USB external drive cases - including those I have bought in the past, this stands
well above the norm. The case both looks and feels quality for the price. Openening the case does not require the removal of the
usual and annoyingly tiny micro screws, just the spring loadded side catches to be pressed inwards. It has a SATA connector at
one end and (unexpectedly) an IDE at the other. Drives fit snugly and rattle free. Performance is the usual for this type of case.
The case has a slightly macho look combined with a red power light and a pink(ish) read\write light. Hmm...
Overall, good value for money and gives the impression it was designed with longevity in mind. I frequently end up with a few
2.5" HDD's to check and from hereon won't use any less than this product to do it.
