Product Description

Product Description

Designed for individuals who want the finest. Slimx raspberry ketones uses high quality natural raspberry ketones available in the market, assuring that you obtain both the highest value and highest amount of adiponectin in each dose.

How do Raspberry Ketones Work?

The weight loss properties of raspberry ketones has little to do with plain raspberries. Eating raw raspberries would add many calories to your diet and negate any weight loss, instead, the key component that drives weight loss is a compound called adiponectin. Adiponectin has been scientifically proven to shrink fat cells, while concurrently enhancing your metabolism. This works to stop the entry of fat into cells and eradicate weight gain.

Yet another "miracle" slimming aid aimed at vulnerable people. So, why, you may ask, did I even bother to try them? The answer is that they caught me at a bad time. Last year I lost a stone in weight by eating sensibly and exercising moderately. Prior to my weight loss I was just edging into the overweight category vis-a-vis my BMI.

In the past month I have put on 5 lbs without altering my diet and I put this gain down to a new medication I am taking of which one of the primary side effects is weight gain. In desperation, I thought I would try these Raspberry Ketones but all I got was raspberry burps and palpitations - the former mildly annoying and the latter extremely distressing.

In my impulsive way, I had neglected to read up on raspberry ketones prior to taking them. I now know that they have never been tested on humans so we have no idea how they would effect the human metabolism. Research involving rats only included a small group of 6 in one study - not exactly conclusive evidence.

I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing this slimming aid. We are often fooled into thinking that herbal remedies couldn't possibly harm us in the same way conventional drugs could. In the very small print on the label it states that "individuals with a known medical condition should consult a doctor before using this or any food supplement". Unfortunately I sincerely doubt that many folk would consult their doctor prior to taking these tablets, perhaps out of fear of ridicule and out of sheer desperation. Anyway, they did warn you on the side of the bottle so they're not culpable! Avoid like the plague....

I have been using these Raspberry Ketones Capsules for a couple of weeks now, taking one tablet twice a day. I should state that I am not overweight and have a healthy body mass index, so I don't really need to take these, I just wanted to see if using these tablets would make a difference in any way. I can't say that I have seen loads of fat dropping off of me, but then I haven't got loads to lose either. I have definitely found that my digestive system and metabolism have sped up a little bit though but I haven't noticed any difference in my appetite. So my verdict is that these capsules don't appear to have had any negative effects on me and that any weight change or loss has been negligible but that my metabolism has sped up slightly.

These seem to be making some kind of the difference, but that could just be a placebo. Each pill is packed full of good ingredients like antioxidants anyway so it's helping your body however you look at it. You take two pills a day, one twenty minutes before breakfast and one twenty minutes before your evening meal. With a glass of water. I'm still on the fence to be honest.

Absolute nonsense. Quite frankly, whether you want to hear it or not, what you need to do is eat right and exercise. You don't have to work out like a madman, despite what you might think having a look at the young bucks on the high street nowadays, but some is better than none and trash like this is preying on the hopeful. Simply put, there is no magic way to lose weight, and these aren't going to help you out with anything beyond stomach cramps. Avoid.

Raspberries are good for you. They are also, it is thought by some, good for weight management, because they contain keytones, which are fragrant compounds which occur naturally in the fruit. Raspberry ketones, it is claimed, boost levels of a hormone called adiponectin, which regulates metabolism. Unfortunately, however, the amount of keytones you can acquire from a punnet or two of the fruit themselves is far too small to have much of an effect, so this synthetic version, in capsule form, used to get the same result. So this is the aim of these capsules: take two a day, with meals, and they are supposed to function as fat burners.

Do they work? As usual with such products, at best it's hard to distinguish between a causal connection and the placebo effect. I do feel there's a slight improvement when I take them (I've had them, via another brand, before), but this might be down to the greater sense of self-discipline one has when one uses a quite expensive weight management product and is keen not to feel it's money wasted. All I can say for sure is that it does no harm and, in my personal experience, seems to be helpful in a moderate way.

Firstly, note that at the end of the directions in, as usual, small print, is advice to contact your doctor if you are on regular medication. I am and I did. She hadn't encountered this product so she was unable to offer any advice other than if you start to feel unwell, stop immediately. The product does not fall within the boundaries of traditional medicine; holistic practitioners may be better able to advise as to the product's suitability for you.

I have followed the basic instructions: take one capsule 20 minutes before a meal with a large glass of water. I think the product works by encouraging your digestive system to reject the fat content in food. I usually find there is a need to decamp to the bathroom fairly soon after a meal.

I started using this two weeks ago and my weight has not changed. It's another two or three pills a day, which is a bind as it is something else to remember to do ahead of eating. I suspect I would do just as well if I simply drank a large glass of water before every meal.
