I have taken these tablets as instructed for the last 20 days or so, and I can say that I have lost weight, about half a stone in fact. This might be because of the tablets, or might be because I was more focused on losing weight. I already exercise regularly (running three miles to and from work every day) and I suspect exercise will help these pills do their job.
The pills themselves are pleasant smelling but quite large, some may have trouble swallowing. They come in a typical container but there is no childproof lid on this. While the capsules are thought to be safe if I had children around I wouldn't be leaving this in view, especially with pictures of delicious looking raspberries on the front. They appear to be the large dosage ketone on the market.
The pills claim to speed up your metabolism - I suspect it's your digestive metabolism they work on, as they appeared to increase the speed at which my digestive system worked. I felt fuller quicker, and felt fuller between meals so didn't feel the need to graze so much. One downside to this was acid reflux, often in the middle of the night, occasionally quite distressing. If you can deal with this, though you should be ok - the well publicised expected side effects some have noted (headaches, caffeine jitters, palpitations) didn't happen with me, but there were some strange digestive effects going on, if I can leave it at that. I seemed to get used to them after a couple of weeks though.
There are enough capsules for a month, taking two a day. While weight loss from ketones hasn't been established scientifically I did feel they made a difference, how much of this is psychological isn't clear. If you're looking to try them, the high dosage makes this brand stand out, but might also increase some of the digestive side effects I mentioned
