I was given a Labelwriter 450 as part of my birthday present, and in my opinion it is truly an excellent addition to any home office. I don't have my own business or anything like that but for years I have been printing address labels for e bay etc using sheets of labels and MS Word !
This device is a dream come true.
So easy to use.
Simply follow the 'quick start' guide in the supplied manual and within five minutes you will be printing your first label !
The machine couldn't be more simple to load with the labels and the software is nice and easy to install and use.
Simply select a label size, type in the required text and press 'print'.
A second later the label is waiting for you to use.
You can print off 1 label or set the device to print multiple labels.
The best thing about it though is the 'Always fit' option.
When selected, there is no need to worry whether the text will fit within the borders of the labels.
It is 'auto fitted' for you.
As you type the font is adjusted so that it will always fit within the label boundaries.
There are loads of different font styles and you also have the `Bold' and `Underline' options.
This little device is ideal whether it's for multiple e bay address labels or just for a single address label for a Birthday card.
You certainly don't have to be a computer wiz to use it either.
It is so simple to use.
Software installation is a breeze, and the software user interface is clear and self explanatory.
I would give this device a ten out of ten score and highly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this label writer after reading all the excellent reviews here. I simply could not face another year of trying to print xmas card labels from a sheet of sticky labels inserted into my printer.
I don't know anyone who hasn't experienced problems using sheets of sticky labels - and I, for one, was sick and tired of struggling trying to align the addresses in the spaces provided.
My life is definately easier now I have this compact little label printer. I have now printed all my christmas card labels - the whole job took minutes, with no stress or effort on my part. I now have beautiful professional looking labels. The whole process is completely self explanatory and intuitive.
Buy it - this is a purchase you won't ever regret buying!

The Label Writer does what it says it will do - prints excellent lebels. It is easy to set up and the software provided is very simple to use. Any one wanting to print professional looking labels could not go wrong with this printer

Barely used it - but ....
I must confess that I rarely use this product, but it remains plugged in to my computer just in case I need it.
And when I do need it, it works!
