Pros: Simple to use, lightweight, nice size buttons (not too big or small) good value for money.Cons: It is a little noisy when printing and it always defaults to a certain size when you turn it on instead of remembering the last size used, although it remembers the text, but none of these are big issues. It comes with paper tape which is fine for most things like labelling files/dividers, but I would recommend getting plastic tape for things like plugs and pigeon holes where it needs to be more durable.

I bought the label maker for use around the home and I have to say it is great. It's very versatile and I like the fact that there are lots of different types of labels that you can use with it. I've used it to label toiletry bottles, storage boxes, kitchen jars and tins.

Prints without Ink!,

I recently purchased this Letratag and found it to be a very Handy gadget to have around the house/office...it prints labels fast without using ink!...it's ideal if you want to create quick labels without having to take time doing so on a computer and printer...Its very easy to use and not too technical ...you can add a variation of symbols from punctuation to smiley faces, hearts, flowers books,arrows,cars, musical notes at more...you can also add plenty of different styled borders...and change the word style eg. bold, shadow,outline, vertical etc. there are 9 save slots to save word/sentence projects.The best thing I like about this gadget is that it dosen't use ink! It somehow embeds the words into the tape through a thermal transfer technology. The only thing you do need to purchase is the tape which costs approx. £3-£8 depending on where purchased. However the tape is 4metres long so you have quite alot of it. ;-)
