A Review from Amy McClung - "This was a great follow up to Dying to Forget. It took me less than a day to read it. Amazing story that grabs at your heart strings. I wasn't expecting the ending to this one. Again, having lost someone close to me to suicide and being someone who suffered with depression a lot in my teens, I related to this story so much. I look forward to book 3 in this series!! I highly recommend this series!"

More About the Author

Trish was born and mostly raised in San Diego, California where she lives now with her family and pets. She's been writing short stories and poetry since high school after an obsession with Stephen King's 'The Stand'. After over fifteen years of crazy dreams and an overactive imagination, Trish began her first book 'I Hope You Find Me' in December of 2011. When Trish isn't writing, she's homeschooling her amazing daughter and mildly autistic son, reading whatever she can get her hands on, or enjoying the Southern California sun. As a strict Vegetarian, Trish holds a special place in her heart for animal rights and dashes into the backyard weekly to rescue lizards and mice from her mini-lab/cocker spaniel mixed dog, Zoey...who is always getting into some sort of trouble.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dying for the next one!! 13 May 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I have now read the first and second ("Dying to Forget" and " Dying to Remember").
I loved them both -easy to read, unputdownable, brilliant...all those positive cliches people say...well...they're SO true about THIS series and I cannot wait to find out what happens next!!!! It's due out this summer (2013) and I will DEFINITELY be getting it!!!

Brill story, brill characters, brill writing -JUST -as they'd say where I'm from- "PURE DEAD BRILLIANT!" ...pun? Really? HAHAHHAHAAA!!! = )

Dying to Remember #2 in The Station Series

The story picks up without a pause from where Dying to Forget left off. Once again we are launched in the strange existence of The Station where victims of suicide are given the opportunity to return to Earth to try and save other potential victims.
Piper Willow, the 18 year old heroine, discovers she is virtually unique in the history of the Station; she can be heard by those she is sent to save.
This ability brings her to the notice of the mysterious Andurush, a being from somewhere beyond the pearly opaque walls which surround the Station.
This stranger has come to watch her which doesn't please her at all nor does the knowledge that her next mission is being constantly monitored by others.
Part love story, part paranormal thriller once again Miss Dawson delivers a powerful and deeply moving story which has the ability to make you smile one moment and tug powerfully at your heart the next.
I have to confess that I am fast becoming a huge fan of Trish Marie Dawson and look forward to the continuation of Piper's journey.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great addition to the series! 20 April 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I read the first book back in January and really liked the concept; people who commit suicide having the chance to help others on the verge of doing so themselves. It may sound off-putting but it's done in such a way that you understand them and their reasoning. Okay, I'm doing a crap job at selling the series but it's different.

Anyway, this follows on from the first. Even having a small part of the first book to help remind you of what happened at the end and then we're straight into the story. I don't want to spoil it for you if you haven't started the series by going into what it centres around but Sloan is now at The Station, much to Piper's equal horror and happiness.

They begin a budding romance that is really sweet. They're cute together!

I didn't enjoy this as much as the first but it was a great addition.

Once again with this series, the ending has left me thinking, "I need the next one NOW!!" and I will be adding Dying to Return to my Amazon wish-list straight away.
