After purchasing a new 32" lcd tv, we decided to have it installed a bit higher up, to keep our little sons wandering hands and dirty fingers off it. I searched the net and could not believe some of the prices for something similar to this product (anything from £90 to over £150). We then noticed this one on here, and decided to try it, even though it seemed a lot cheaper in price. Sometimes you can get what you pay for! Not with this, its quite simply brilliant. The build quality is very good, and you get all the fixings you should need. The only problem we had, is that it instructs you to use a 1/2" masonry drill to fix it to the wall. All i would say is be very careful, as our house has soft plaster and brick, and found the holes to be a bit too big. However, i inserted some gripfill into the holes, then placed the wallplugs back in. After an hour, the bracket was up and the tv installed. Its as solid as anything, and a worthwhile purchase. It is a heavy-duty bracket, and does weigh more than the tv, but it does look good, does the job, and is very safe and reliable. Our tv does get moved into different positions due to playing games consoles etc, but the bracket does give you the confidence that your tv is not going to fall off the wall. Just make sure you are competent with a drill, and it does help if you have got an assistant when it comes to install the bracket. Excellent!

Ive got two brackets, both bought from amazon. Saved a furtune as currys selling them at unbelievable prices. I dont have much to say other then: the bracket is solid as a rock. It took 1 and a half hours to put up my new 42" philips. Avoid high street prices. Internet prices gives you valua for money

Very impressed with this... if you go down to your local DIY or Catalogue shop .. have a look at the price of bottom of the range basic
brackets... £70-£90, then look at the ones with arms and tilt £120-£150
Well for sub £50 you get an incredible range of movement, quality build and all the fixings to boot.To have your pride and joy looking resplendant
I installed mine on my own ( be a bit easier with 2 people) but when you come to offering it up to mark your holes, just extend the arm over your shoulder ( taking the consderable weight ).Also remember to take into account the bottom bracket is offset from the top one ( just mark in pencil on the bottom one where the centre line of the top one is)
After drilling,pluging then fixing ( again using the over the shoulder method ) mine was perfectly level ( using the handy in built bubble )
mounted my 47'' LCD .... horror ... the tv wasn't level . I waited till the missus came in from the hair dressers, she went quiet ... looked a bit sheepish and she said it wasn't level too .... "bugger" now what !
Well after demounting the TV from bracket, the part left on the wall has 5 allen bolts on, slacken them off you now have about 5-10 degrees in rotation. Check that with my little level then tighten them up. remount tv. Perfecto !! ( may be worth checking that, people after mounting on the wall.

only very minor improvements, some form of cable management would have been nice and also a paper template would have helped.

Heavy duty - stable bracket
