Cable came well packaged, and for the price is an absolute bargain. The cable is made from what appears to be fairly thick but flexible plastic, much better than a belkin cable I have of a similar length. No complaints, would reccomend to anyone who was hunting for an ethernet cable that would reach around their room or to link a computer to a router/switch in a seperate room :D
The cable is fantastic value for money. It came well packaged and looks like a solid professional job and worked straight out of the packet.
I had purchased the TV which comes with the ability to pull web content via the Bravia server. Sony offer a WiFi dongle which plugs into a carrier which plugs into the LAN socket on the TV for something like £80+. I used the Duronic cable instead to link my router straight to the LAN socket and immediately got product.
The Bravia server links to BBCiPlayer, Demand Five, Youtube etc. and I can play any media content stored on my p.c. i.e. Music, Photos or Videos. I managed all this by using the Duronic LAN cable and saved myself c£70. JayBee
