I waited nearly twenty years for the original band to get back together and when they did, WOW! This Deluxe version of DVD with live aCD, documentary and various other little treats is truly amazing. One of the best. if not the best DVD concert footages I have ever seen. A true gem.
Talk about value for money. Do not fret, this will not leave you feeling disappointed.

Having seen Duran Duran in April 2004 in Manchester (UK) I was left in awe at the level of performance I had seen at the concert. The visuals, the music and sound, the energy and the pure edge of a live rock performance. So does the DVD capture the essence of the performance? simply - YES. All the tracks are great with Planet Earth, Girls on Film, Night Boat, New Religion, Hungry Like the Wolf, Save a Prayer and Ordinary World being out of this world! A must have for any DD fan, or anyone who went to the concerts. For everyone else, listen and watch without prejudice, preferably on a widescreen TV with good sound system.

Unfortunately I never went to the concerts, but this DVD is the nearest thing to a live Duran Duran concert. The DVD captures their 2004 London performance at Wembley Stadium. It's like they had never gone away, the band belts out one hit after another and delivers a memorable stunning performance. The lighting, camera movements, background visuals and fan hysterics all is captured on a made for DVD event.
Apart from the concert, there is a half hour rare documentary on the band, an interesting commentary sectionon selected tracks and other bonus bits.
The bonus live CD album is the icing on the cake. Even if you are not a Duran Duran fan, I highly recommend you to buy this DVD.
