A good supportive cushion ring that does the job it is intended for. Have only given 4 stars because the Picture implies that it comes with a ready made pillow cover which it does not, a bit disappointing - the picture is just for show and is misleading and I feel the description should say so.

I've bought this ring cushion to ease the pressure on my pelvis after giving birth, as I has some stitches. It did offer support I was after, and frankly was rather uncomfortable to use. Sadly, not a wise purchase.
