I selected these weights because they are 30kg, at a good price. They arrived quickly, and are easy to use. The handle grips are a bit hard, so I recommend using weight lifting gloves (I actually use bike gloves which are pretty much the same thing). The weights can be easily swapped to reflect the various exercises. Overall, I am pleased with the product, and consider it good value for money.

The weights arrived promptly and looked good upon arrival. BUT the weights are ridiculously over-sized and not suitable for use on a dumbell (the 2.5kg weight is the same size as the 5kg weights at my gym!) Not a big deal, you're probably thinking, right? Wrong! When I made up the dumbell to a 12kg weight, it meant I had to use 4 x 2.5kg weights plus smaller weights and when I went to do bicep curls I couldn't straighten my arm by my side properly because the weights are so big and when I raised the weight to my shoulder to execute the curl the weights nearly hit me in the face (if I hadn't moved my head they would have) this is again because the weights are so big! I'm a woman who weight trains so I'm very familiar with gym equipment and weights and I wouldn't recommend these weights to anyone who is on the small-side (I'm 5'4"). Perhaps if you're taller then the size of the weights won't be an issue.
Sadly, I'm on the hunt for another set of weights because I just can't use these weights properly :-/

These weights are great for the price!!! deliverly was really good within 5 days, over all the weights are awesome for muscle building!, my only criticism would be having to take weight on and off the dumbbells. thanks a lot!!!
