I have to say firstly that is one of the best priced special editions I have seen and bought and you get SO much in here:
The box contains more content than what many other so-called Limited Edition games often feature. Many other Collector's Editions are often priced higher and feature less. Plus, a big feature of this `Limited Edition' is the fact that each box is in fact numbered with a production number and comes with an `Authenticity Letter' something most other so-called "Limited Editions" often leave out, and end up rarely being `Limited' as such.
The Collectible Duke Nukem Bust adds a little weight to the packaging and stares out towards you if you look at it from the front. It's a nifty design and with the bust sitting at quite a reasonable size it would fit perfect on your every day work desk or study desk at home. Inside the box is a load of goodies including, 2 Red `oversized' Dice which feature the radioactive symbol. You'll also find 2 Poker Chips which also feature the same symbol on both sides, next is the Mini Duke Playing Card Deck of cards. You also get a Duke Nukem sticker, a collectible comic book that I found amusing to read and a Duke Paper craft, also is a set of visual post cards featuring Duke in a few different scenarios from boxing champ to shark tamer - sounds odd but is amusing and look out for these pictures in the game! There is a 100 page hard book cover featuring art work ranging from Duke himself to the weapons he uses, characters in the game, and enemies. The items included really help towards the enjoyment factor for Duke Nukem as they are amusing and to think this game has taken like 14 years to come to the console.
With regards to the game, it is totally in keeping with the old Duke Nukem games we loved, you can only hold two weapons, there are funny items to interact with in the game, e.g. Wall Breasts and when you interact one of the comments is "Got Milk?" Purile humor but parts of the game make me laugh out loud, there are some of the old weapons like pistol, RPG, pipe bombs, etc... The graphics are not "state of the art" but you have to remember it has been made that way! It is a homage to the history of Duke, and to be honest, it is a game where you have fun, the story is quite basic, just as they always were! There are some mini-games in there to help increase your "Ego" which is essentially your health bar and you can increase this by performing certain interactions on some of the levels, games include pinball, air hockey, alien abortion.....
And so to round off, this game is great! It is funny, the levels are split into sections and so it is not a game you can just complete in a couple of hours, there are some funny trophies to collect if you are interested in those, you can drive a Monster Truck later on too!!! For this price, you would be silly not to add this to your collection and if you are after a first "Collector's Edition" game you will get more than your money's worth with this purchase.

the game was fun to play story wasnt great and graphics wernt great but im a big duke fan i love the humor and the guns are still fun and the one liners are still great lots of fun

After waiting 12 long years for Duke to make a comback - What a let down!! Shoddy 90's graphics, load times slower than an arthrtic pensioner!! These problems shouold have been sorted out long before it hit the shelves. Needless to say I will not be rushing to buy the next "old School" game again. Even the Balls Of Steel Box Set wasn't that great - the bust was puny, so got lost on any shelf, the art book was ok, only 2 cheap feeling chips and dice that could have come out of any budget board game. As my old teachers used to say - MUST DO BETTER! Do not waste your money on this, the resale value says it all. Most shops are only offering £8 Trade In.
