I bought this book attracted by the Word " New "and found it really new :the way of presenting food,the mixture of European and arabian give to this book something unexpected i.e. usage arabian Ingredients,plated the food with an european style, it is mix of cultures that is exactly Dubai.
The book has wonderful photos.look forward to try the recipe.

Inventive, creative and fun to read

This book has incredible recipes and a variety of dishes to make. They utilize traditional ingredients found in Middle eastern cuisine and give it a new twist. Every recipe has a picture and they are just amazing. Very tempting to try and gorgeous on the plate :)
