This toaster ceased to work after less than 6 months - and that wasn't constant use!
One morning it just stopped working, the lever wouldn't stay down and even when held down the elements wouldnt heat, I checked the fuse etc, but nada, totally broken.
It was an engagement present so no receipt and no word back from Dualit either.
Soft touch? they obviously think their customers are.
:(
