yes, we also bought a dualit coffee bean grinder so we can prepare coffee beans for the percolator.

Could be a few things. I have no problem with mine. Try 1) more coffe 2) a stronger coffee they are grade 1-5 3) make sure coffee us 100% arabica. Hope thus helps. Good luck

Best percolated I have ever had. Once coffee is made you just leave it on and it keeps coffee hot all the time. You will not be disappointed if you purchase it.

Hi, just looked on the base of ours and it says 220-240 voltage........hope that helps, we are very pleased with the performance of this appliance.

Great Percolator, coffee is excellent up to 30 minutes or so. We have on one ocassion left it on for over 4 hours, not a good idea but the percolator came to no harm, but, please do not try it!! Sandy
