I bought this because I have a Dualit toaster that I'm very happy with. It's the best kettle I've every owned in terms of looks (very chic) and function. It's easy to use with clear markings (very useful if you only want to boil a small amount of water). I agree that the lid is a little hard to remove sometimes and that it is expensive, but I don't regret my purchase.

After reading lots of other reviews about these kettles leaking i was a bit dubious but there are lots of warnings all over the packaging saying you may experience condensation on the base and that the kettle is not leaking so i can only assume this is what has happened with the other peoples reviews.
I've had no problems its a brilliant little kettle, i love how it can swivel round so it doesn't matter how you put it back on its base.

Just took delivery of my first Dualit kettle. It looks great and I was so surprised at how much quieter it was than my previous kettle - fantastic purchase.

Classy in Black
Looks good, boils fast and pours smoothly without splashing. Really pleased with it so far and would recommend it. The difficulty is choosing which colour to have..........!
