I received only one product despite the fact i ordered 2, they then took ages to send me the correct order and when they did....it was broken!
I contacted them and i am not left out of pocket as they were only interested in replying to ensure they got their money, not that i got working products.
I am not left with only one working controller and i really wish i had just paid that extra pound and got it from another seller instead of this. My advice to all the other customers reading this is don't do what i did and figure oh it will be fine, they have a few good reviews too. I made that mistake and now look at my situation.
I offered e-mail video and pictures to return the product and they refused, i then said i wanted a full refund and to take their rubbish back, again refused.
