We bought these for someone with autism and bedwetting issues. Thought they'd be fine and better than Drynites or Underjams.
Put a Drynites bed mat on the bed as well, just in case as we looked at these and thought the size of that pad and the fact there is nothing to guide the urine - like maybe leg cuffs - which are vital if the person rolls onto their side.
We used two of these pads front and back to make sure it would catch as much urine as possible.
In the morning the dry like me pads were absolutely saturated, along with the underwear, and thankfully we put a bed mat on the bed which captured everything the Dry Like Me pad missed.
False advertising to claim these are suitable for night time. Really needs to be redesigned with a larger pad and elasticated leg barriers to ensure urine can flow into the pad not everywhere else.
Most incontinence product companies like Tena also have similar products, but they have elasticated guides on the pads for night use and a lot larger pad.
The only use I can think of for these is either with a Malem alarm so it wakes the person up before they absolutely saturate the pad, or as a booster pad for use with Underjams or Drynites. Using even two of these at night in underwear is useless.
