Shiva Rea's drops of nectar CD has been around for a while. Unlike many of her other DVDs, this CD is ideally suited for a quiet practice. Shiva's calming voice guides you through different sequences. There are two complete practices on this CD or you can just listen to specific sequences. I particularly love the meditation and pranayama sequences - very relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.
