'Drops like Stars' is an experience, an invitation, a fresh way of understanding the message of the Cross. Whether you are a believer, a seeker, an agnostic or even an aetheist you cannot be unaffected by this production if you are prepared to slowly absorb the messages and reflect on their context within this extraordinary 'design innovation'!
I am not sure how much my enthusiasm had been affected by the fact that I attended a live presentation before reading it. However I am sure there will be a DVD, in fact the tribe demands it!

A beautiful book with wonderful photographs - but perhaps a triumph of design over content. Not typical Rob Bell but thought provoking non the less.

Drops Like Stars is beautiful.
Rob Bell never fails to have impact with his teachings, his words have such power behind them. He'll hit you time and time again with mind-blowing ideas that you cant help chew over and explore. Drops Like Stars delivers on that front, but is so much more. The book is visually stunning, the images add so much to the power of the words. I know this sounds odd, but it feels amazing too! The quality of the paper creates a sense of wonder in itself, you'll not want to rush this book. I touched and caressed each page as the words touched and caressed my heart and mind. That sounds poncy? Sorry! I just can't find the words to describe how much this book demands to be experienced as a whole. The words, the images, the feel of the thing!

Drops Like Stars wasn't what I was expecting from a 'Rob Bell book', but once again he's managed to open my mind and my eyes to the possibility of life lived a better way. Wonderful.

Thought provoking and inspirational.
This beautiful book is stunning in the simplicity of its message. A real must for fans of Rob Bell. It reads just like a nooma DVD. Fantastic!

excellent 'coffee table' book
