Drontal works in a single dose and kills more varieties of round worms and tape worms than any other wormer. Also protects against whip and hook worms.
* Only Drontal kills every type of intestinal worm commonly found un UK dogs and cats.
* Drontal kills the hookworm which has been found in 68% of foxes in UK and 92% of foxes in Ireland
* Drontal can be given with or without food * Puppies should be treated with Drontal Plus at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age, thereafter they should be treated at 3month intervals.
Routine control for adult dogs is to treat every 3months this will help keep your pet healthy and also vastly reduce the number of worm eggs shed into the environment.
Drontal Plus 1no. tablet covers 10kg bodyweight so a 30kg dog would need 3 tablets etc

Effective against worms but not to the taste of my dog,

The vet recommended these for my westie as they are supposed to be more palatable than other brands. My pooch isn't convinced.I've tried to give him it directly and ended up with my hands covered in a paste of tablet and saliva. I've tried hiding it in his Jumbone, which he usually loves, but he's rejected it half way through. Finally I crushed it to a powder and mixed it with grated cheddar to form cheese balls. He wolfed them down in seconds. Success! Within a couple of hours he was bounding about with his mojo fully returned. Bye bye nasty parasites!

arrived on time and as ordered. can't tell you if it killed any worms but I expect it did if there were any.
