WHAT A WONDERFUL BOOK. IT REALLY EXPLAINS CLEARLY AND IN DETAIL MOVEMENTS AND HOW TO RIDE THEM. IT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND THE PICTURES ARE SEQUENCED AND CLEAR. THERE IS ALSO HELP WITH PROBLEMS AND HOW TO HELP OVERCOME THEM. I JUST WISH THEY HAD MADE A DVD TO GO WITH THIS.NOVICE OR EXPRIENCED RIDERS WILL FIND SOMETHING IN THIS BOOK TO HELP AND INSPIRE THEM. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DRESSAGE THIS BOOK IS HARD TO PUT DOWN.

Fantastic, finally a dressage book which gives all the information you need and more. It tells you how and why with brilliant photos which really give you an in depth idea of how a movement should look. Not only for dressage riders but excellent for everyday schooling. This is also a good aid for teaching other people as you can put together some excellent lessom plans to target certain problem areas for both horse and rider. Buy this book!!!! It's inspirational.

Very good resource for people interested in why and how we ride different school movements. From very basic to more advanced, it gives information on how the movement benefits horse and rider, and also common mistakes.

A very easy to follow guide to movementsin the arena. It gives you the how and why of classical schooling. Brilliant!
