This is a really a good book. It has lovely patterns, and the are easy to knit. There are also a few crochet ones.
There are coats and sweaters for dogs, and leg warmers for the dog owner that match the dogs coat.
Also in the book there are leads and collars, some with flowers, and bags to hold your dog, and lastly a blanket,rug,pillow
I really love the shrug to keep the chills away, and a lovely pretty dress.
The book has instructions for Crocheted flowers and Knitted flowers, basic guidelines for some of the techniques in the book

The pictures alone are worth the price of this book. My first dog pattern and i was not disapointed. If you do not understand the american terminology take the book to your nearest craft shop and as long as you are buying the wool off them they have no problem translating the terms or like my friendly " fun 2 do " will change it anyway. The patterns turn out exactly like the photos and to give you a rough guide the smallest size of the garter stitch with the kilt pin fit my 41/2 lb gray chi. He looks gorgous.
