"2 Times" has been one of the most addictive hits of year 2000, something like Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" for the 2nd millennium. No wonder it appears on my edition of this CD in no less than 5 versions. The first track is the pure pop radio-friendly version, then there's the similar but uneven Snapshot Remix, the superfast Bulletproof Euro Mix (must be about 200 bpm), the Pumpers Remix that sounds the most like 70s disco in arrangement and vocal style, and finally the Masterboy Club Mix which sounds like late 80s/early 90s house. "Voices," which appears in three versions, is also a hypnotic, catchy number whilst her version of "Ring My Bell" (the original of which made Anita Ward and the syndrum famous in 1979) just passes the test. The rest of the songs are pleasant but forgettable. They used to call this Eurodisco, but rarely has voice, synth and drum sounded as sweet as on 2 Times.

I think this is a brilliant album and is worth buying and listening to over and over again. I think anyone thinking of buying this should. I hope that Ann Lee will continue making singles and albums. Also that she gets no 1's alot. I think her first single was great, I still listen to it alot because it is such a great track. If she releases another album in the future I will buy it straight away.

Ann Lee is actually Annerley Gordon - a songwriter and studio singer since the early 90's. She is from England and lives in Italy. She cowrote famous songs like Corona's "Rhythm of the Night" and also sang backup in that band. She also sings for the band "Whigfield" (Saturday Night, etc.)

Anyhow this is an AWESOME album - BUT it depends on your taste!

Without reviewing each track let me paint the picture... This album is very laid back, casual background 70's sounding dance music - not HUGE showstoppers - more like make-you-smile, chilled dance or awesome driving music. Every track is very consistent with this feeling. So Deep is perhaps the most up and trance-like track.

Annerley actually has a belting high chest voice but chooses not to show it much in this album - this leads to some of the laid back sound. Two Times is her famous piece and the other songs follow suit in feeling and sound. She also does a great cover of "Ring My Bell."

The album is not a showstopper - it is very subtle - but if you like 70's music and are open to a blend of dance & pop TRY IT. I was skeptical but out of my 100's of CD's this is in the top 10. It's 4 1/2 stars but I'll give it a 5!

This album is incredible from start to finish. Ann Lee has done an incredible job creating such hits as "2 Times" and "Voices" and her version of "Ring my Bell" is fabulous too. A must have for clubbheads and trance listeners.

2 times was a major hit in the whole world back in 99'her seckond single Voices wasn't that succesful but it was a succes.
Her version of Ring My Bell is a great 90'version, unlike the original version by Anita Ward, Ann Lee can sing.

2 Times: a great song but it isn't best one on the album.
Smooth & Sweet: a sugar sweet song whit a sugar sweet lyric.
Voices: I really don't like this song, a dissapointmen on this album.
Ring My Bell: The best song on this album Ann Lee got such a sweet baby voice.
In You: also one of the best song.
I Love You So: great.
Come To Me: Won't dissapoint you.
So Deep: also one of the best songs on this reckord.
Helpless: also a fantastik song.
Looking For: what can I say ?
Top Of The World: also one of the best songs on this reckord.
2 Times remix: it's just as good as the real one.
